It's "yum shing" in cantonese. I shall say it happens frequently in chinese culture shouting: "YumMMMMMMmmm Shing!" It is quite a long winded and outloud one.
He was screaming outloud! I like this expression though. In most of chinese wedding dinner, we will see this "yum shing" session. Even a small celebration, we tend to have this small session too. I remember there was once we did this in jungle with red wine in a camping trip, some of our friends screaming "yum shing" outloud. I wonder we would scare off the animals.
It is an underexposed photo with some distraction but i like the little kid's expression screaming with all of the quests. He is a cute little one. ;D
